A good DOC (Day-Of Coordinator) does a lot more than just show up on the day of your wedding and this full service Day-Of Package covers it all:  The day itself, the rehearsal, the last minute vendor communications, the timeline.  Even a day-of assistant is included!  See below for all the juicy details.

Full Day-Of Coordination.  We are yours, from start to finish!  From "The bride needs a latte, stat!" to "What are we going to do with all these left over cupcakes???"  We will see to it that everything runs smoothly!  We'll oversee set-up of the venue,  arrange all your personal items  (favors, escort cards, guest book, etc.), greet and assist vendors, distribute flowers, cue the ceremony musicians and the bridal party, consult with caterers on food service (and make sure YOU get to eat!), keep an eye on timing of toasts, dances, cake cutting, etc., distribute final payments and tips, and pack up all your goodies for you at the end of the night.  Phew!  The list goes on and on! 

But wait!  There's more!!  The Day-Of Package also includes:

Two In-Person Planning Meetings.  The first meeting takes place about two months prior to the wedding.  That's where we start to get familiar with the details of your day and help you determine any missing pieces while there's still plenty of time to work them out.  The second meeting, aka "The Hand-Off," is usually about two weeks prior to the wedding.  That's when we get busy and you get to relax!

Venue Walk-Through.  We definitely want to take a peek at your venue with you to get the lay of the land. 

Step-By-Step Day-Of Timeline.  Some brides like this to be extremely detailed, others prefer that all times end in "-ish."  Whatever your comfort level, we work with you to make sure we have a crystal clear picture of how you imagine your wedding day to be!

Vendor Confirmation and Liaison.  After that hand-off meeting we contact your vendors to confirm arrangements and introduce ourselves.  At that time, we become the point-person handling all vendor communications.  Should they have any questions or concerns, they'll come to us and, if necessary, we'll come to you.  Because dealing with a dozen different vendors is NOT what you need to be focused on the week of your wedding!

Rehearsal Coordination or Attendance.  We'll coordinate your rehearsal for you.  Or, if the venue does that, we'll still attend - that way we learn the names of your VIP's ASAP!

Unlimited Phone/Email Support.  From general questions to just needing to vent, we're there for you!

Last but not least, we are your Wedding Superheroes, the go-to people the day of the wedding.  We will be the troubleshooters, the emergency kit providers, the givers of directions to the bathroom, the extinguisher of fires!  (Hey! That kinda rhymed!)  We're there to make sure you can have the best time ever at your own party!

* Package price includes full day-of coordination, up to 12 hours maximum, and one day-of assistant.    Weddings with DIY venues, multiple locations and/or  greater than 200 guests may require overtime ($100/hour) and/or additional assistants ($150 each).  Travel fees may apply to areas greater than 40 miles from Glendale, CA.
