Our full-service planning package is for the busy Rebel Belle who doesn't have the time required to plan and design a wedding. We'll do all the research for you, work with you to determine options, and assist you with every detail you desire - so you can relax and enjoy the planning process, stress free! Of course, this package includes all services listed in our "Day-Of." But that's a drop in the proverbial bucket here! Below are just SOME of the services that make up a Full Coordination. It's not really possible for us to list every single tiny detail we handle, as that list would go on...and on...and on...!
Vendor Research, Referral, Contract Negotiation and Meeting Attendance. This is the core of our full planning package. We can save you significant time, energy and MONEY by researching and referring the many many vendors necessary to pull of a wedding. We're talking caterer, baker, photographer, videographer, florist, band, DJ, officiant - to name a few! Additionally, as a policy, Rebel Belle Weddings® does not accept commissions from vendors. We pride ourselves on choosing quality, reputable, creative vendors and passing any referral discounts directly on to you. And let's not forget that we love the more obscure vendor requests, like a singing minister or theremin player! Bring it on!
Theme Development and Design. "Theme" can mean anything from a simple through-line (carrying a color, flower or favorite item through all details) to a full blown concept wedding (Star Wars anyone??). Whatever your desire, we will assist in development and come up with unique and creative ways of incorporating your theme through all aspects of your wedding.
Ceremony and Reception Site Location. If you haven't already selected a venue, we will scout for you and present you with a list of fantastic options! And let's not forget....
Venue Decor Consultation. (Because some venues need a little more sprucing than others!)
Save-the-Date Cards, Invitations, Favors. Traditional or alternative, we can help you find the design/feel you're looking for!
Out-of-Town Guest Accommodations. Don't worry about Aunt Zelda, we've got her covered. Just give us your location and we'll find a fantastic place for your guests to stay.
Guest List Management. Who's coming, who's not, and whose side of the family is slacking on their RSVPs?!
All Those Not-So-Little Details. Gown fittings, hair and makeup trials, wedding day transpo, info on how to obtain your marriage license, advice on shopping for rings...
Did Someone Say Shopping?? Bridal party gifts, alcohol orders, last minute supplies, little decor details - oh PLEASE give us an excuse to go shopping!
Unlimited In-Person, Phone and Email Meetings. We're gonna be your new BFF..at least for the next year...which would mean we would more accurately be your BFFTNY.
